This organization’s senior leadership has extensive experience in building private equity companies that yield exponential cash-on-cash growth. This new endeavor within real estate has already brought significant growth and dividends for investors and employees, alike.  This firm has quickly grown throughout the Chicagoland market and is now entering markets throughout the midwest and east coast. In order to support this growth, the accounting manager will oversee all corporate accounting and external reporting functions while reporting directly to the CFO. This accounting manager is the ideal next step for a polished, motivated professional with a strong background in public accounting and/or private equity and REIT accounting! Accounting Manager Responsibilities:  Oversee corporate accounting functions, including: general ledger, month-end close, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Provide all external reporting to equity investors along with internal reporting to the CEO, CFO, and COO Provide operational reporting and process improvement throughout the accounting function that will allow for scalability throughout the company Oversee a total staff of five reports throughout the accounting team
