Our Educational Recruiters interview potential students to assess their educational needs and explain the benefits and objectives of our programs. The Financial Aid Coordinators interface with students to determine financial aid options and assist them through the student finance process. Recruiting students for our institute requires a customer-focused attitude, an ability to meet challenges head-on and a passion for changing lives through education. A college degree in marketing, business or related area is preferred. A minimum of 2 years direct sales experience in admissions, recruiting, intangible sales or other related sales is required. Collection, debt management or call center experience preferred. The Financial Aid Coordinator position requires attention to detail and good organizational and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience in financial aid, financial counseling, or collections is required. The Educational Recruiter and Financial Aid Coordinator positions are full-time and require the availability to work several weekday evenings and occasional Saturdays.
