Job Purpose: The Product Director has a business-orientation and is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic plan for a major product line. This is position will be responsible for defining the product vision and scope for an interdisciplinary, integrated, evidence-based product offering that is intentionally designed to support the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) Framework within CPM CarePoints Continuum of Care (Ambulatory) and CPM CarePoints Emergency collection. The Product Director will work closely with the Director of Evidence-Based Practice and Patient Safety, Evidence-Based Practice Consultants and Subject Matter Experts to co-create clinical content for the continuum of care and emergency department settings. In addition, this role will define the EMR application design using the principles of CPM Intentionally Designed Automation (IDA) for the CPM CarePoints Continuum of Care and CPM CarePoints Emergency Department. This role requires a proactive, motivated, organized, responsible person who is able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. Qualifications: Leadership experience in the oversight of product development/project management Strong expertise in the clinical specialty of ED/Ambulatory care Significant knowledge of electronic health record utilization. Ability to multi-task in highly innovative work environment Strong customer relationship management and partnership skill Provide support to Transformation Services in delivering client services as needed to support CPM CarePoints product adoption. Effective presentation skills, both oral and written, adjusting delivery to target audience Experience with facilitation of group discussion, dialogue and the consensus process Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and Outlook Organized, detail oriented, effectively meets deadlines, sets priorities Required Education and Experience: Required Education: Graduate degree in a healthcare profession is preferred Required Experience: a. 5-7 years strong clinical experience, experience in the ambulatory care setting/emergency department setting preferred. b. Minimum 3 years experience clinical management/project management preferredc. Experience with informatics preferred Occasional travel required (20%)
