Details: THE OPPORTUNITYThe Vice President, Care Integration Consulting position is responsible for creating consultative programs that will address clinical issues facing health systems, including guiding health system executives toward successful care coordination in an accountable care and value-based purchasing environment.  Key responsibilities include growing and managing external (non-managed) clients, overseeing project teams delivering consulting services to external clients, and developing effective integrated care delivery methodologies. The position reports to the Vice President of External Consulting with a dotted line relationship to Senior Vice President, Consulting to maintain and ensure consistency of consulting services.Sales and Client Management:Focuses on creating integrated care delivery consulting opportunities aimed at growing profitable market share for the Clinical Operations Consulting practice.Participates in sales and marketing activities to build QHR’s Care Integration Consulting practice, with a priority of expanding QHR’s broader business offerings in external clients.Works closely with QHR Business Development team to qualify leads, scope and propose QHR solutions, and close business.Oversees client engagements, with a focus on high client satisfaction and converting successful engagements into additional opportunities. Project Management and Team Facilitation:Serves as Engagement Executive for clinical consulting engagements, responsible for overall client satisfaction, high-level oversight of the project delivery team, and positioning of other consulting engagements as additional client needs are identified.Oversees the project management consultants. Participates in key delivery meetings as needed. Management of Personnel:Provides project management oversight for the QHR external delivery team. Responsible for development, leadership and coaching to a team of consultants who deliver project work to QHR client facilities. Contributes toward employee performance appraisals in matrixed environment. Education and Training:Participates in developing and delivering educational sessions as needed to QHR clients. Participates in delivering educational sessions at key professional conferences.
