The ideal candidate will participate in the development of Operational risk analytics particularly in the areas of identification of risk areas, key operational risk or breakpoints, and key risk indicators or metrics, collaborate with the business in developing measurement process, and work with internal risk reporting team in developing monitoring processes.  Finally, the candidate will lead the Operational risk management team and the business in developing and completing corrective action and remediation plans.  In this capacity the candidate will develop and own several executive and senior executive reporting process which are used by the Director of Operational Risk Reporting and Analytics to engage Senior Management Team in the management of key risks that may have financial impact.Work closely with channel management in the development of analysis and reporting of Operations data and metrics.Create reports to analyze trends in the data and to determine the financial impact of Operational changes.Design automation processes to implement on-line distribution of MIS reports and to improve efficiency of daily processes.Provide analytical support to the MIS Reporting and Analytics Director and Senior Operational Risk Directors in the areas of development of Operational Risk reporting and analysis..Perform data mining for both monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements.Interface with Operations Management on the collection and preparation of key Operations metrics.Assist in special projects and participate on project teams as necessary, which may include project planning, project status reporting and cost estimating, and tracking of implemented projects.
