Details: Overall Purpose of Job: Assist the Team Leader and portfolio manager in formulating the team's middle and long-term hedge plan and trading strategies. Function as a Senior Analyst and strategist to be responsible for monitoring macro economy, sectors and individual corporate. Provide opinion to purchase or unwind CDS positions.                                    Responsibilities: Assist the Team Leader and portfolio manager in formulating the team's middle and long-term hedge plan and trading strategies. Will be assigned responsibility to manage and monitor individual corporate credits in our portfolio. Conduct credit analysis of European corporates, formulate a hedge plan and will then create a credit report to implement the plan by co-working with portfolio manager. Perform as a senior analyst to monitor all sectors and individual corporate credits with two analysts and provide an opinion to team leader and portfolio manager for hedging or unwinding CDS in timely manner. Respond to inquiries from Head Office by creating reports, and recap with an opinion. Conduct research into regulations, laws, market rules, systems and any other issues related to credit derivatives. Develop and upgrade the bank’s credit portfolio management (hedge) techniques. The candidate is expected to be very experienced in this field. Develop and upgrade system infrastructure. The candidate is expected to be experienced in trading flow infrastructure. Support team leader in audits, on/offsite monitoring and investigations by internal and external auditors. Conduct other assignments as required by the Team Leader.
