Details: Classification: Personnel/H.R. Mgr/Director/VP Compensation: DOE Client in Princeton seeks Senior Compensation Analyst immediately for a potential temporary to full time opportunity. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing organization in Mercer County. This client is looking to move very quickly and bring someone in to start this opportunity as soon as next week. The client is looking for someone to harmonize the salaries across 3 different entities (US and International). The responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Analyst include: Collect, evaluate and analyze global compensation data obtained through participation in salary surveys Analyze job descriptions and assign to appropriate grade Create and maintain salary and grade structures according to corporate standards Provide support and advice on compensation for new hires, promotions and transfers Align market competitiveness through labor market analysis to attract and retain key talent Participate in the development, planning and administration of bonus plans, commission programs and other pay programs Manage annual merit review process recommendations and calculations through the administration of the compensation planning tool Manage data manipulation, analysis, and report generation using Excel and other tools Provide leadership for assigned projects and initiatives Remain current on industry compensation best practices and ongoing legal issues, assessing and communicating their impact on department and business objectives Maintain thorough understanding of applicable laws and regulations Requirements Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related field; Certified Compensation Professional preferred Six years of relevant salary and compensation program management with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CRO industries Experience providing compensation analysis, advice and direction in support of business goals and objectives as well as the research and application of domestic and international salary survey data Demonstrated strong analytical and project management skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management Thorough familiarity with compensation platforms and programs, including HRIS, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs The ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion To apply, please forward your resume directly to or call immediately at 609-987-2462 and let the receptionist know that you are inquiring about the Senior Compensation Analyst opening.
