Program Director: Membership Operations Portland, OR Bring your strong leadership skills to this role where you will: Plan, develop, and direct activities relating to customer and internal performance data to meet corporate strategic goals Provide leadership to complete specific functions including decisions regarding data extraction, report development, data interpretation, development and validation of utilization cost targets and cost of service models, ad hoc data requests, vendor negotiation and development of processes that tie utilization and cost of service to targets Manage the development of production deployment and issue resolution processes to enhance corporate ability to administer all aspects of membership processing and payment Design and drive successful implementation of Membership Enrollment and Billing Operations for Exchange program and/or other key new programs Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to define and drive critical strategies within Member Services Division Oversee and direct related initiatives
