The Cards Re-Engineering team serves as a critical capability to help support the business in reinvesting for the future and building upon existing brand strength.  The role of Re-Engineering Manager is an essential element in build-out and management of this capability.  The candidate will support product, channel and program leaders in driving re-engineering initiatives and delivery of transformational business results. The position affords the individual with the opportunity to work across all levels of leadership in a variety of product and operations functions.  Also, the individual will be provided with a unique experience to personally contribute to the future of a strategically vital program and help establish a sustainable re-engineering capability.Key Responsibilities• Actively drive re-engineering initiatives business, operations & technology partners across Cards and deliver business results• Actively facilitate problem solving sessions in support of project and business needs in conjunction with extended project teams• Influence project teams in identifying and designing future state solutions that bring about transformative improvement• Support the development of a Citi Cards re-engineering capability including methodology design, delivery management, training, pipeline development, and value capture procedures• Help identify re-engineering opportunities and act as catalyst for change• Effectively transfer knowledge on an ongoing basis to enable the long term sustainability & imbedding of re-engineering as a way of doing business• Ensure measurability of re-engineering impact and help with tracking overall impact, as neededIn order to ensure successful delivery of Cards' re-engineering goals, this position will partner with cross-functional teams representing a number of organizations:? Proprietary Products? Cards Sales & Marketing? Co-Brands & Loyalty? Chief Marketing & Internet Office (GCMIO) ? Decision Management? Finance? Risk? Operations & Technology (O&T) Partners
