Details: Manpower Professional has an immediate opening for a Vice President of Operations. The position includes overseeing the operations of 24 restaurants and 5-6 supervisors. As the Vice President of Operations you must ensure all the restaurants in their region comply with local, state and federal regulations. Regulations include health and safety rules, hour and wage guidelines, age requirements, accurate employment procedures and OSHA guidelines. Must show leadership, be a team player, maintain a professional demeanor. Experience with corporate and franchise structures a huge plus... Proven ability to maximize profits and stay within set budgets. Must be involved in the day-to-day operations of all company owned restaurants in the market; trains, coaches, supports managers; plans and sets goals; focuses on in-store problem solving/process improvement; sets standards. Will be involved in chamber meetings and part of the decision making process. Travel is involved throughout West Virginia, a company car would be provided.
