Details: The Fresno Bee seeks a Vice President of Human Resources.  This position will lead and manage the full range of HR activities for our fast-paced environment, including providing support and counsel on wage and hour, employee relations, compensation, disability, leave of absence and federal/state compliance issues.  Responsibilities include administering leave of absence procedures; conducting investigations; responding to employee complaints/administrative charges; developing policies and procedures; performance management; and developing and delivering employee/management training.
