Details: Classification:  Senior Financial Analyst Compensation:  $25.34 to $29.34 per hour Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a contract or potentially contract to full-time position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Real Estate or Property Management as a Senior Financial Analyst. Proficiencies in a variety of functions, including financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, analyzing property and/or portfolio metrics, analysis and reporting of GL accounts and property statistics, reviewing and reporting upon redevelopment activities, policies and procedures, and any other special projects that may arise. Six or more years in Financial Analysis are required. Proficiencies with Hyperion and Argus are preferred and intermediate Microsoft Excel (must know lookups and pivot tables) is required. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required.
