Details: Classification: Accountant - Public Compensation: DOE Our client, a wholesale food distributor located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago is looking for a Senior Accountant who is a self starter. The Accountant must be resourceful and have good communication skills. The Accountant must also have experience in the month-end close process. The Accountant will be performing balance sheet account reconciliations and profit and loss reviews for product lines, communicating to line managers results, as well as providing explanations for actual versus budget variances.
