Details: CONTROLLER SAMARITAN VILLAGE Samaritan Village, the Valley's premier senior retirement community, is seeking a Controller. As a key support agent to the CEO, the Controller will be responsible for managing and directing all functions of the Finance Department (A/P, A/R, purchasing and GL management). Ideal candidate will have proven management exp. Must have a min of 8 years experience at the Controller level. Must have leadership experience; fostering a supportive and collaborative finance environment that promotes teamwork and organizational growth. Qualifications: *4 Year Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA Preferred) *Non-profit/ healthcare financial experience (desired) *Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) *Skills in planning and projects Must pass criminal background check, physical & drug test.
