Details: Classification:  CFO Compensation:  $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year A progressive and growing Honolulu nonprofit is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This company has been growing exponentially over the last few years, and they are looking for a CFO to help take them to the next level. The CFO oversees a department of 10+, while overseeing all of the financial and accounting aspects of the company. The CFO will work with financial and budgetary development and planning, operational and internal controls, as well as all fiscal reporting. The CFO will work directly with the CEO, the board and will oversee the Accounting Manager. The CFO oversees the Grants Accounting department as well, and will work closely with the grants filings. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of accounting experience, and at least 5+ years of experience within a nonprofit entity. Experience with federal/state grants is preferred, but not required. A degree in Accounting is required, and a CPA/MBA is an added bonus. The CEO needs to have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong eye for detail and a want to help this company grow and succeed.
